​The intelligent paper bowl machine XC-B90 adopts a tabletop layout with double-layer separation for conveying and forming. The drive section has a transverse and longitudinal shaft connection drive structure with graded gearing and a continuous oil supply for mechanical lubrication. They are mounted in a frame under the table. The forming molds are assembled above the table to avoid cross-contamination and to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Double turntable structure with a middle turntable for cup silicone oil and waste discharge function. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, servo feeding, and photoelectric detection.
